Golden Bears Trail 2026 – Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

• This competition is organised by Wiggly T’s, C/O Accounting For Good CIC, 2 Geordie Ridley Place, Upper Precinct, Wesley Court, Blaydon-On-Tyne, Tyne And Wear, England, NE21 5BT. Company Registration No. 13248196.

2. Eligibility

• Children may participate in the trail, but entry forms must be completed and submitted by a parent/guardian aged 18 or over.
• Entry is free. No purchase is necessary to take part or to win.

3. How to Enter

• Scan the QR code on the trail poster or map, or download your free trail map here. No ticket purchase is required.
• Visit the participating shops between 22nd August and 30th September 2026 to find the Golden Bears on display in 12 Stroud shops.
• Collect the name of each Golden Bear as you go.
• Submit your entry by scanning the QR code at the bears or via the online entry form with the names you’ve collected.
• Donations are optional and are never required to enter or to be eligible to win.

4. Closing Date

• All entries must be received by 30th September 2026 at 11:59pm. Entries received after this time will not be counted.

5. Prizes

• 10 winning entries will each receive a Golden Bear plush toy in a Wiggly T-shirt.
• Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.

6. Winner Selection

• All valid entries with correctly collected bear names will be entered into a prize draw.
• The prize draw will be conducted fairly under independent supervision, and records will be available on request.

7. Notification

• Winners will be contacted by email or telephone within 7 days of the closing date.
• If a winner does not respond within 14 days, Wiggly T’s reserves the right to select another winner.

8. Publicity

• By entering, participants agree that Wiggly T’s may publish the winner’s first name and town (e.g. “Sophie from Stroud”) on its website and social media channels.
• No other personal details will be shared without consent.

9. Data Protection

• Personal data provided will be used solely for the administration of this competition.
• If participants opt in to receive marketing updates, their details will be added to Wiggly T’s mailing list. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
• If donations are collected online, payment details are processed securely and are not stored by Wiggly T’s.

10. General

• This promotion is governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
• Wiggly T’s reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
• Entry into the competition implies acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
