Golden Bears Trail 2025 – Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

• This competition is organised by Wiggly T’s, C/O Accounting For Good CIC, 2 Geordie Ridley Place, Upper Precinct, Wesley Court, Blaydon-On-Tyne, Tyne And Wear, England, NE21 5BT. Company Registration No. 13248196.

2. Eligibility

• Children may participate in the trail, but entry forms must be completed and submitted by a parent/guardian aged 18 or over.

3. How to Enter

• Purchase a trail map ticket for £3 online through Ticket Tailor or in person at Wiggly T’s stands on 20th or 27th September 2025 (Subscription Rooms, Stroud).
• Visit the 10 participating shops between 15th–30th September 2025 to collect the names of the Golden Bears.
• Add the names to solve the puzzle phrase (“GOLDEN BEAR”) and complete the entry form.
• Return completed entry forms to Wiggly T’s before 30th September 2025 at 12pm.
• Either hand in your entry form at the Wiggly Ts stand in front of The Stroud Subs Rooms on Saturday 20 and 27 between 10am and 2pm, or email your completed entry form with ticket number to info@wigglyt.co.uk

Prizes available:

• 10 correct entries will each win one of the 10 Golden Bear plush toys.
• 1 social media winner (most creative/most shared trail post) will win a Golden Bear.

4. Closing Date
All entries must be received by 30th September 2025 at 12pm. Entries received after this time will not be counted.

5. Prizes

• Ten winners will each receive a Golden Bear plush toy.
• One additional winner (via social media competition) will receive a Golden Bear plush toy.
• Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.

6. Winner Selection

• All valid entries with the correct completed puzzle phrase will be entered into a prize draw.
• The prize draw will be conducted fairly under independent supervision, and records will be available on request.

7. Notification

• Winners will be contacted by email or telephone within 7 days of the closing date.
• If a winner does not respond within 14 days, Wiggly T’s reserves the right to select another winner.

8. Publicity

• By entering, participants agree that Wiggly T’s may publish the winner’s first name and town (e.g. “Sophie from Stroud”) on its website and social media channels.
• No other personal details will be shared without consent.

9. Data Protection

• Personal data provided will be used solely for the administration of this competition.
• If participants opt in to receive marketing updates, their details will be added to Wiggly T’s mailing list. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

10. General

• Wiggly T’s reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
• Entry into the competition implies acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
• This promotion is governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
